The cottage is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor: - a living room with a fitted kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a fireplace - a bathroom with a shower - a separate toilet Upstairs: - a landing - a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed - a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a 90x190 cm bed - a bathroom with a shower and toilet On the ground floor, accessible from the covered terrace with garden furniture and a relaxation area: - a room dedicated to the private spa (paid option: €50 per night, €90 on weekends, and €190 per week) - a laundry room with a washing machine Outside: - garden chairs and a barbecue - outdoor games (basketball hoop, ping-pong table), swings - a small park with goats and a donkey - a shelter covered for cars, charging station for electric vehicles In the countryside, this cottage, adjoining the owner's home, is independent and set on landscaped grounds.
Various on-site activities will delight young and old alike! If you're bringing children, Betty, the donkey, will charm them.
There are many tourist sites to discover nearby: visit the small Cité de Caractère of Dol de Bretagne 7 km away, stroll through the small fishing village of Saint-Suliac 15 km away, and explore the City of Art and History of Dinan 23 km away.
The Emerald Coast awaits you: Cancale and its famous oysters 19 km away, the corsair city of Saint-Malo 22 km away, and Dinard and its Belle Époque villas 26 km away.

Un gite confortable, avec tous le confort (literie au top!!) et tout neuf très appréciable. Un super accueil par les propriétaires.Un environnement tranquille.. le petit plus c'est d'avoir eu 2 magnifiques sapins de Noël et des petits cadeaux du terroir...

le gite est à proximité de beaucoup d'endroits à visiter, les filles ont été enchantées par l'environnement du gite avec jardin, jeux animaux et surtout les filles des propriétaires , elles ne se sont pas ennuyées du tout, un merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil et sa gentillesse
