The stylish and finely furnished loft “Green Street Lisbon” is situated in the trendy Bairro Alto district of Central Lisbon, close to the waterfront and only 2 km from the magnificent Monsanto park.
It is therefore a perfect starting point for exploring Portugal’s fantastic capital on foot.
The loft consists of a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as one modern bathroom and can accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning, while a baby cot is available on request.
Stepping out of the apartment, you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity, and several tram stops are within 2-5 minutes (120-350 m).
Located 600 m from Ribeira Market, 1.3 km from Rossio and 1.3 km from Dona Maria II National Theatre, Green Street Lisbon Loft is very close to many sights, and the scenic Belém neighborhood with many great seafood restaurants and the famous tower can be visited within 25 minutes.
The Commerce Square is within 1.4 km of the apartment, while St.
George's Castle is 1.7 km from the apartment.
The airport can be reached after a 20-minute drive (14 km) or in 50 minutes via public transport (with changing).
If you want to spend a day away from the city, you can drive to the nearest beaches within 35 minutes (33 km).

Die Wohnung ist funktional und sehr gut gelegen! Es gibt viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe, und die Metro Station von Cais Sodre ist nur 8 Gehminuten entfernt, ein großartiger Ort, direkt am Fluss, . Ich werde wiederkommen!
Das Apartment hat Ansich eine tolle Lage es stinkt aber sehr.

Die Lage und Einrichtung.
Der Geruch war unausstehlich, man konnte leider nicht gut lüften da nur ein Fenster vorhanden ist welches direkt an der Straße liegt wo jeder rein gucken oder rein gehen könnte. Es gab ein Loch in der Decke aus dem es nach Kanalisation stinkt. Die Wände haben gebröckelt.
Felizmente saímos bastante.

O banheiro é demasiado pequeno e a iluminação é péssima. Não tem circulação de ar.
