The charming apartment "Casa Da Ermida" is located in the seaside resort of Budens, in the south of Portugal, and is just a short walk from the beach.
The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms and therefore offers space for 6 people.
The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine and a fireplace.
The house has a garden at the rear, an interior terrace between the living room and the open kitchen, and a private parking area for two cars next to the entrance.
Thanks to the excellent location you can reach the nearest sandy beach "Praia da Salema" in only 9 minutes on foot (700 m).
A supermarket is 600 m (an 8-minute walk) away, while the nearest restaurant is only a 6-minute walk (450 m) away, and the nearest bar can be reached after 8 minutes on foot (600 m) from the apartment.
Furthermore, Portimao is a 40-minute drive (42 km) from Budens, and within 70 minutes by car (110 km), you can reach Faro and the nearby international airport.
Also, only 3 minutes by car (2,4km) you can reach the the Santo Antonio golf course with 18 holes.
Such an amazing place to golfers.

A casa é muito acolhedora e espaçosa, luminosa e arejada. Está bem equipada e dispõe de tudo o que é necessário para umas férias em família.

Le patio, les 3 toilettes, la proximité de la mer (malgré la grande montée), la situation de la maison loin des grandes foules de touristes, le village, l’équipement de la cuisine très complet…
Il manquait une table extérieure sur la terrasse à l’arrière de la maison. La table du patio ne pouvait accueillir que 4 personnes alors que la maison est louée pour 6.

der Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nette Lage wenn man Strände und Natur mag. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet zum Kochen und etwas ländlicher Eingerichtet, was auch sein Charm hat.
Das einzige Negative war der Wasserdruck der Dusche bei warm Wasser. Zu schwacher Drück
