The beautiful villa “Casa Suca” boasts a quiet location in a residential area in Santa Ponsa, in the beautiful island Mallorca, and it impresses guests with its beautiful outdoor area and its excellent location very close to the sea.
The 282m2 villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each, 2 with double beds), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television.
A baby cot and a highchair can also be provided upon request.
One of the main highlights of the villa is its charming outdoor area.
Here you will find a lush garden with various sitting areas, a generous pool where you can take a dip on warm summer days, furnished terraces (covered/uncovered) where you can start your day with a warm cup of coffee, and even a barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes.
The closest restaurants are just 900m away (11 minutes walking), and you will find the closest supermarket and some more restaurants just 3 minutes driving away (1.6km).
Although the property is really close to the sea, the closest sandy beach, Es Caló d’en Pellicer, can be reached after 6 minutes driving (3km).
The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is just 22 minutes driving away, and the airport of the island can be reached after a 28-minute drive.
