In the northwest of Sardinia, in the region of Sassari, you will find the stylish and spacious vacation home "Capriccio Mediterraneo". It is wheelchair-accessible and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) with en-suite bathrooms, another bathroom and an additional toilet and can accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, a television, a hair dryer and a washing machine.
Furthermore, the vacation home is equipped with a large balcony, which offers you a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape and the sea. In the private outdoor area you will find a covered terrace, a 1 ha big garden and an outdoor shower.
The nearest beach, Platamona beach, is about 4 km away, which by car takes about 8 minutes.
The nearest supermarket is 2 km away.
The city center of Sassari is 10 minutes by car. There are also numerous restaurants, bars and cafes, which invite you to stay, as well as a tennis club 200 m from the property.
For those interested in history we recommend a visit to the archaeological sites of Monte d'Accoddi and the necropolis of Su Crucifissu Mannu, both of which are only 5-6 km away.
Furthermore, the vacation home is only 30 minutes by car from Castelsardo, Stintino and Alghero, and the Alghero airport is also a 30-minute drive away. Parking spaces are available on the property, and a garage is available for your car. Smoking is allowed. The homeowner owns a company that offers land and sea excursions to discover the beutiful area.

Wir haben es genossen, umgeben von der Natur und ruhig zu leben, während Strände, Supermärkte etc. In 10 Min. Fahrtzeit zu erreichen sind.
Andrea hat super unterstützt, wo er konnte, wenn Bedarf bestand.

Das Haus war groß, hell und sehr sauber mit komfortablen Betten. Es lag inmitten von Olivenbäumen und Obstbäumen, also sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut mit 3 Badezimmern, Klimaanlage, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Fernsehern etc. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit und H...
Es war nur möglich den nächsten Strand über Straßen zu erreichen, zu Fuß zu gehen war nicht empfehlenswert. Man ist also auf ein Auto oder sonstiges Fortbewegungsmittel angewiesen. Wir - als Gruppe von Freunden - haben dies aber nicht als großen Nachteil empfunden.
