The detached house is on top of a small hill, overlooking the Kenmare bay, the Caha mountains and the ring of Kerry, the only way reaching it, is via a private road. It is surrounded by subtropical vegetation, what you would usually only admire in Botanic gardens.

You can use four garden chairs, table and sun beds on the terrace enjoying the view over the bay. Surrounded by a 1000 m² garden, you always have the chance to relax without disturbance, or visit the vivid Kenmare village.

The hardwood floored house, offers a living space of 100 m², with a fully equipped kitchen ( 4 hobs, oven, microwave, dish- washer, washing/ dryer machine, cutlery and plates for 4 Persons and all cooking utensils you need) Moreover, it has a dining place for five. The living room, has an open fire place. From there you have a significant view over the Kenmare bay. Beside, relaxing in front of the fireplace, you can watch satellite TV or enjoy one of many complementary DVDs on the flat screen TV. you can choose between a variety of DVDs, CDs, books and games for every age. There are three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with one queen-size bed. Every bedroom has its own basin and window overlooking the garden. The bathroom has a bath tub, towels and bidet. All rooms are on the same level. Please let us know, if you need a portacrip or a high chair.

A rocky beach and Lehid Harbour are just a 5 minute walk from the house. The closes village is Kenmare, approximately 20 minute drive e.g. 18. km by car, there you have a great choice eating out in one of the many restaurants or just having a pint in a pub. World renowned golf courses are just a short drive away, for example in Kenmare, Bantry, Glengarrif and Killarney.
