Notable for the charm of its private tree-shaded terrace and close proximity to the pool, making this apartment particularly attractive for families who like to keep a relaxed eye on their water babies.
Set amongst a patchwork of green vineyards on the hillside just 500 metres from sandy Stalos beach, Rouladina Apartment 4 is one of a group of just 6 apartments in a quiet neighbourhood. Since they were first introduced to our program, the Rouladina Apartments have proved consistently popular and guests return year after year.
They come back, not only for the location and comfort of the apartments, but for the warm welcome from the owners, Manolis and Dimitra.
They have their own apartment and take care of the property and their guests with a perfect combination of discrete Canadian/Greek efficiency and genuine Cretan hospitality. Location Stalos Just a short stroll downhill from the apartments there is a choice of several tavernas, shops and mini markets.
Opposite the apartments is a family run taverna which has been approved by several guests as well.
The long sandy beach of Stalos runs for 7kms merging with Agia Marina and Platanias, which are more bustling in peak season vs the low key Stalos beach.
There is a regular bus service to Chania on the main road in Stalos. Shared Facilities at Rouladina Apartments Shared Swimming Pool - 10m x 5m swimming pool.
Depth 1.1m - 2m. Sun Terrace - furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas Reception area - library and luggage storage (for arrival/departure day), shower, WC and washing machine. Outside Rouladina Apartment 4 - ground floor apartment (3 steps down from pool terrace) Private terrace – Sea view furnished with table and chairs. Bedroom terrace –Sea view and rattan comfy chairs. Inside Rouladina Apartment 4 Open plan living room Sitting area – L shaped sofa, full-length patio windows with sea view, local TV and air con unit. Dining area - wooden dining table and chairs. Kitchen - Ample wood cupboards with spacious kitchen counter tops, electric oven with hobs, double sink and fridge freezer. Double bedroom - 1 double bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan, full-length patio windows balcony with sea and pool views. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room - 2 single beds (can be placed together), wardrobe, ceiling fan, full-length patio windows balcony with sea and pool views.
Shower room, hand basin and WC. Twin bedroom - 2 single beds (can be placed together), high window, wardrobe and ceiling fan. Family bathroom - full bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin and WC. Housekeeping Your apartment will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up. For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days. For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days. Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay. Parking On site there is parking for four cars plus ample off road parking.

The apartment was spacious , cool and perfectly furnished . The standard of cleanliness was excellent and the location right by the pool perfect. Plenty of sunbeds. The owners wee delightful and were very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Roulandina apartment 4 was just perfect for our family of two adults and three children ages 8,13,15 The children loved using the pool and the view is beautiful. Thank you for a great stay. The apartment was very clean and the beds super comfortable. Thank you Manolis and Dimitra for being such lovely hosts
