The 100 m² chalet in St. Martin in Passeier, South Tyrol, accommodates up to 6 guests.
It features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and 2 bedrooms.
There are 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machines.
High-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, TV, washing machine, dryer, ski storage, self check-in, baby cot, high chair, and beach towels are at your disposal.
On the first floor, you’ll find a private sauna with an adjacent shower.
Enjoy mountain views from the chalet. Outdoors, a private garden and 2 covered terraces with seating and loungers await you—ideal for breakfast or relaxing evenings overlooking meadows and mountains.
There is also a shared, uncovered terrace and a playground with toys and books for children. The Ferienhaus im Stadl is the ideal bike-friendly accommodation in the Passeier Valley—perfect for road cyclists, mountain bikers, and e-bikers. Two shared parking spaces at the house and a bike storage room are available for you. Public transport is easily accessible nearby.

Sehr stilvoll und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Innenausbau mit viel unbehandeltem Holz, das noch nach Zirbe duftet. Nachhaltig beheizt und erbaut. Mit allem wesentlichen ausgestattet.
Sehr nette Gastgeber, gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit, herzlich, gaben viele nützliche Tipps.
3 Ski-Gebiete mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.
Etwas Lärm durch die Straße im Tal.
