This 100 m² chalet in St. Martin in Passeier, South Tyrol, accommodates up to 6 guests.
It features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machines.
High-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine, dryer, cot, high chair and sauna towels are provided.
On the ground floor, there is a private sauna with an adjoining shower.
Enjoy mountain views from the chalet. Outside, 2 covered terraces with seating and sun loungers are ideal for breakfast or relaxing evenings overlooking meadows and mountains.
Board games and children's books are also available. Ferienhaus im Stadl is an ideal bike-friendly base in the Passeier Valley for road cyclists, mountain bikers and e-bike riders. Two parking spaces at the property and a bicycle storage room are available. Public transport is within easy reach nearby.
Events are not permitted on the property. The chalet combines traditional Tyrolean style with modern amenities in a certified KlimaHaus building featuring natural wood and warm colours.
It is perfect for couples, small families and friends who appreciate distinctive design, relaxing in their own sauna and quality time together.
The hosts live on site, but not in your accommodation.

Sehr stilvoll und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Innenausbau mit viel unbehandeltem Holz, das noch nach Zirbe duftet. Nachhaltig beheizt und erbaut. Mit allem wesentlichen ausgestattet.
Sehr nette Gastgeber, gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit, herzlich, gaben viele nützliche Tipps.
3 Ski-Gebiete mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.
Etwas Lärm durch die Straße im Tal.
