This holiday accommodation has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Well equipped kitchen and dining area - Cosy living room with TV and electric fire - Utility room providing extra storage and space - Bedroom 1: double ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: twin ensuite sleeping 2 Outside this pretty holiday lodge is a small private garden with outside furniture, perfect for alfresco dining. Wifi is available and towels are provided within the home This is strictly a no smoking holiday lodge. Pet Friendly Holiday HomeLakeside Lodge Bantry is a pet-friendly holiday lodge which will accept a maximum of 1 small dog per booking.
Please reserve your pet at the time of booking via our call centre , as your pet will not be accepted without prior confirmation. Things to do in the local area: - Biking: bike hire from O’Donovan Cycles - Bantry House & Gardens - Whiddy Island Ferry - Gougane Barra Forest Park - Glengarriff Nature Reserve and the sub-tropical Italians gardens on Garinish Island - The Bamboo Park - The Blue Pool & Fairy Garden - The Westlodge Hotel Leisure Centre & Pool - Bantry Bat Golf Club - Bantry Market IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner.
In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid.
We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner.
This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.
In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

Clean and well stocked house.The host was friendly and helpful .The beds were comfortable and heating was very good.Excellent house and our dog has a great time too.
All was very good...no need to improve anything.
