The cozy holiday apartment “Amanecer 4” is located in Yaiza, Lanzarote, on the second floor of a beautiful house divided into 5 apartments.
This 90 m2 apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with one double bed, and the other with 2 single beds as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite television.
The apartment offers a private terrace with a small pool and a covered lounge area with a sunbed and a small table where guests can cool off and relax in complete privacy.
Nonetheless, there is also a spacious shared outdoor area with a garden and sunbeds where guests can swim or enjoy the sun.
You will find the closest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the centre of Yaiza, just a 2-minute drive away (1.2km), while the closest beach, Playa Blanca, can be reached after 10 minutes driving (6.8km).
Guests can also go on a day trip to “Los Volcanes National Park” (18.4km; a 20-minute drive) or visit the “Jameos del Agua” natural and cultural space with beautiful caves, a restaurant and a museum (36.8 km; 34 minutes driving).
The airport of the island is conveniently located just 5.5km or a 5-minute drive from the property.

Angegebene Adresse stimmt nicht.Mit Navi landet man komplett an einem anderen Ort.Gastgeberin schickt zwar ein Video aber auch mit diesem Video sucht man doch noch einen Moment.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, acogedor y todo muy limpio. Estuvimos una semana y nos sentimos como en casa. El personal muy atentos y amables, sin duda lo volveríamos a elegir para nuestras vacaciones

Las vistas eran preciosas y muy tranquilo. La anfitriona es un amor y en términos de limpieza la casa estaba perfecta, además de que venía bastante bien equipada y era preciosa, muy luminosa y todo lo que ofrecía el apartamento funcionaba a la perfección. El precio es bastante asequible para las con...
En mi opinión, la piscina estaba un poco sucia y era un pelín pequeña pero, teniendo en cuenta las vistas, la tranquilidad y hospitalidad, además del precio por un apartamento tan bonito, todo fue genial.
