Located in a complex in Maspalomas, the holiday home “Bungalow Dunaflor Verde Maspalomas” is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday.
The charming 2-storey house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, heating, a washing machine and satellite TV. Your private balcony furnished with a table and chairs invites you to start your day outside with a cup of coffee.
A shared outdoor area with a pool, a children's pool and an open terrace with sun loungers is also available for your use. The closest restaurant is a 2-minute walk away (120 m) and a further selection of restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes.
The nearest supermarket is just a stone’s throw away (less than one minute away on foot or 15 m). Furthermore, the theme park Holiday World Maspalomas, where you are guaranteed fun for all ages, is a 12-minute walk from the property (1 km). The long, sandy beach Playa del Inglés, where you can relax under the sun, is approximately 30 minutes away on foot (2.3 km). Gran Canaria airport can be reached by car in 20 minutes (31.7 km). Street parking is available.

The house was comfortable & had a patio , come terrace with table & chairs.
There is a local supermarket which is very close.
There is plenty of Resturant’s in the area within walking distance.
The weather is amazing 👍.
The people are friendly 👍.
You are not allowed a BBQ which was a big disappointment to us as we do love to BBQ.

RECIBIMIENTO: el propietario fue muy simpático , llegábamos tarde y nos esperó para abrirnos y darnos todas las explicaciones, además nos había dejado bebida y comida para que pudiéramos cenar (llegamos con todo cerrado).
El alojamiento estaba plenamente equipado.
COCINA: había más de lo necesario:...
Todo muy bien, si hubiese que indicar algo para mejorar es que no tiene persianas y las cortinas no eran 100% opacas, pasa algo de luz, el termo de agua caliente debía de ser pequeñito, daba para ducharse dos personas pero sin alargarse mucho. Hay TV, aunque no es smartTV
