Nestled idyllically among vineyards and apple orchards at the foot of the Texel Group, the modern 44 m² holiday apartment "Summerfrisch" in Partschins welcomes you. The apartment accommodates 4 guests and features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, underfloor heating, safe, TV, and an electric fireplace.
Baby and children's beds as well as high chairs are available on request. A special highlight is the private wellness area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and infrared heating.
The spacious, furnished balcony offers a unique view as far as Merano.
In addition, all guests have access to a communal terrace with sun loungers. The surroundings are perfect for active holidays: the Texel cable car (1.1 km) leads to the Merano High Mountain Trail, the Partschins waterfall is 2.9 km away, and the Burgstallknott climbing area is an 8-minute walk.
The village center with restaurants and shops is just 100 m away.
The spa town of Merano is a 10-minute drive. Additional services & info: Free admission to the Partschins outdoor pool (during opening hours). Parking and garage for cars and bicycles are available.
E-bike rental is available on site for an extra charge.

Die Wohnung war in einem hervorragendem Zustand , alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Die hochwertige Küche und die sehr guten Betten rundeten das ganze ab. Die eigene Sauna war natürlich der Glanzpunkt. Eine sehr gute Klimaanlage machten die Wohnung auch bei sehr hohen Temperaturen mehr als erträ...
