The "Idylle" apartment is on the first floor of a 100-year-old fisherman's house, built and maintained by the owner in Wasserburg on Lake Constance—just a short walk from the lake.
The house offers a unique concept: live as people did 100 years ago—authentic and full of old-world charm.
Furnishings preserve this historical character, so some details may not meet modern standards, adding to the property's special appeal. With approx. 115 m², the apartment features two bedrooms each with a king-size bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, accommodating up to 5 guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
A wood-burning stove provides warmth throughout the apartment, especially on cool days. The two balconies are a highlight: enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or relax with a glass of wine in the evening.
Balcony furniture and loungers are provided; extra equipment like a balcony table is available upon request. The bathroom with bathtub is compact, reflecting the historic style; bathtub entry is approx. 55 cm, with higher power outlets and window handles.
Towels, bed linen, and toiletries are included. Nearby: Hegestrand beach (approx. 150 m), bakery (approx. 400 m), supermarket and train station (approx. 700 m), restaurant (2 min walk), pharmacy (approx. 650 m), ferry terminal (approx. 450 m), ski area (20 min by car). Parking is available on the property (7 spaces). Baby cot on request.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Business travelers are exempt from tourist tax. Children under 10 stay free.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr einfach. Die Lage und Größe der Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sehen top aus.
Die Dusche ist relativ klein für größere Personen (1,90+).
Die Kopfkissen im Bett sind zu dünn.

Der Vermieter ist äußerst nett und ist sehr auf das Wohl seiner Gäste bedacht und beantwortet alle Fragen sehr zeitnah. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation. Die schöne und saubere Altbauwohnung mit ihren großen Zimmern hat überzeugt, auch wenn das Bad im Verhältnis zu den anderen Räumen eher klein ausfällt...
