The charming “Villa Era 1” is located in the urbanization El Roque next to El Cotillo, Fuerteventura, and it impresses guests with its spacious shared outdoor area and its beautifully-decorated interiors.
It consists of a living room (with a sofa bed), a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, 2 with a queensize bed), as well as 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a television, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair.
One of the highlights of the property is its charming, outdoor area, where you will find a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, 2 barbecues and a covered terrace with a dining area and a lounge area where you can relax with a glass of wine in the evening.
You will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as the closest beach, Playa de los Lagos, in the village El Cotillo, which is just a 5-minute drive away (2km).
Guests can also visit the Calderón Hondo (25minutes driving, 10.8km) or the water park Acua, especially if they are traveling with children (20 minutes by car; 18.2km).
The airport of the island can be reached after 41 minutes driving (43.7km).
Parking spaces are available on the property.

the villa was great, 2 great pools and lots of space to relax and enjoy the sun , short bus ride to the more lively place ! owner was awesome and nothing was too much trouble
not a lot in the area unless you walk to el cotillo which was good ,
