The romantic, winding old town, the impressive cathedral, grand historic buildings, scenic lakeside baths, and proximity to Mainau Island are just some of the highlights.
The city is perfect for culture lovers, families, nature enthusiasts, and city travelers. Just a short walk from the harbor and on the edge of the old town, the 70 m² "Alpenrose" apartment is located on the top floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau villa. The inviting apartment features a living room with two sofa beds (each for two people) and a single bed, a well-equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The apartment accommodates up to seven guests. Amenities include cable TV and Wi-Fi on request. The washing machine is available for longer stays and by arrangement. A shared balcony offers a lovely view of the garden.
The fenced garden, planted with many flowers, is open to all guests. Pets are welcome and may stay free of charge. A private lot with several parking spaces is just a few meters from the property.
You will receive a parking permit from your host, and a space is reserved for you. Parking for loading and unloading is available directly in front of the house.
There is a separate storage room for bicycles in the basement. Parking, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the booking price.

Das Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr schön.
Alles war gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und ansprechend, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich.
Die Altstadt in Konstanz kann zu Fuß sehr schnell erreicht werden. Ruhige Lage nahe dem See.
Das Doppelbett war für meine Bedürfnisse zu hart, das Ausklappbett dagegen i.O. Daher "nur" 4 Sterne.
