This extravagant holiday apartment "SPR Ático" is located in the top floor of a house in Santa Ursula in the north of the Canary Island Tenerife.
It is situated on the 3rd floor and accessible by a lift.
The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms.
One of the two bathrooms is directly connected to a bedroom, allowing you to enjoy a high standard of privacy.
The property can therefore accommodate up to 6 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix and a beautiful fireplace, which emphasizes the elegant flair of the apartment.
The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the covered terrace with a fantastic view of the sea.

The place is just as fun and quirky as the pictures tell, with tons of charming details. The view from the terrace is great. We did not use the jacuzzi since it was a bit too cold in the winter time, but I bet it would be great during a warmer part of the year. Kitchen is large and well-stocked, and...
Seems like a lot of effort and thought was put into setting up the apartment, but since then lacking in maintenance (some broken lights, appliances, grown-in dirt in the tub, etc).
