The well-equipped holiday apartment 'Seerose' is located in the Swiss lakeside town of Kreuzlingen, right next to Konstanz and just a few meters from the lake.
You can reach the shopping center, Konstanz city center, and the lakeside promenade all within a 10-minute walk.
The 70 m² apartment features a living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom.
It is ideal for up to 4 guests, with space for a fifth person if needed.
Please note: The two sofa beds are each 140 cm wide and best suited for children or short stays – for maximum comfort, adults are recommended to use the bedroom.
An extra bed is available on request.
Amenities include Wi-Fi (on request), a washing machine, and cable TV. Start your day with coffee on the balcony, or enjoy a hearty breakfast or a delicious barbecue dinner in the shared garden surrounded by trees and a lush rose garden. The washing machine is available only for longer stays and by arrangement. Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
Just a few meters away is a private property with several parking spaces.
You will receive a parking card from your host, and one parking space is always reserved for you. A second space may be available upon request, subject to availability.
For loading and unloading, parking is available directly in front of the house.
There is also a covered bicycle shelter in the garden behind the house. Parking, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the booking price.

Tres surpris que Mme Meier n'ait pas été présente au moment du check out ,à l'heure convenue la veille avec elle ( départ convenu,22 Août à 9h). Nous vous l'avons signalé. C'est dommage,nous aurions aimé lui dire au revoir !!
