Quiet area 7km from the center of Palma, airport and beaches.
Supermarkets at 1km.
Ideal for rest, excursions around the island, cycling etc...We love pets, so bring it ;-) The space Two-storey house with 3 bedrooms.
The facilities are private and for the exclusive use of the guests. In the middle of nature, surrounded by fruit trees and only 8 minutes from the city center. Fantastic to relax, quiet and with privacy. Services and common areas Beautiful and modern swimming pool with stone waterfall to enjoy if you do not go to the beach or when you return...7.000 m2 of land with fruit trees and beautiful garden with relax area, bbq, heated jacuzzi etc...where if you want you can bring your pet ;-) Other highlights Peace, tranquility, privacy and relaxation are assured. The proximity to any place on the island thanks to its easy connection to the main roads. Depending on the season, we have the best oranges in the world, for a good breakfast, where you can pick them yourself directly from the tree, can you imagine something healthier and fresher? ;-) Thermomix and airfyer available on demand with deposit.
