Located on the ground floor of a 3-storey house, the modern, 100 m2 apartment consists of a living/dining room with a large sofa bed for 2 people, an open, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (both with a shower and a WC). The property can therefore accommodate 4-6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a dryer and a hairdryer. A baby bed, a highchair and children’s books and toys as well as a playground on the property make this accommodation particularly child-friendly. Furthermore, the private open terrace (45 m2), which is accessible from all rooms, invites you to enjoy some relaxing hours.
