The charming holiday home “Casa Violeta'' is located very close to Playa Blanca, in the volcanic island Lanzarote, and impresses guests with its generous outdoor area and its excellent location near the beach.
It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, air conditioning (it works with coins) cable television, a baby cot and a highchair.
In its charming outdoor area guests can take a refreshing dip in the pool, relax with a good book on one of the sun loungers, prepare a delicious meal in the barbecue or relax with a glass of wine at one of its furnished terraces (covered and uncovered).
You will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in Playa Blanca, just a 10-minute drive from the property (5.7km), while the closest beach, Playa de Montaña Roja, is 750m away (2 minutes driving, 9 minutes walking).
Lanzarote Airport is conveniently located 37.1km away (33 minutes by car).
The property has a garage available for parking.
The pool can be heated up to 28 degrees for an additional daily fee.

The villa isn´t brandnew, but in good condition and the estate is really big, because at that time the sizing was bigger than today, so you don´t feel caged in like a rabbit. The garden and the big pool were in good shape too. The beds were excellent as well and the very few times you hear a car wer...
