The 75 m² apartment is comfortably furnished and features a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, and toaster.
There is one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
An additional single bed is located in the living area.
The spacious, modern bathroom (without window) includes a large washbasin, mirrored wall, rain shower, and toilet.
Amenities also include a sofa, side table, Wi-Fi, cable TV, radio, and a small wardrobe area.

This property was amazing! It exceeded our expectations, and was just perfect for our group of 5 couples. From the incredible kitchen to the pickleball courts, theatre room, spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, open living room space, etc., we loved it all. The location was excellent for exploring the Aanta Ynez wine region. Highly recommend!
