In Villasimius, in southern Sardinia, the splendid holiday home Junco is located in a quiet residential area.
The accommodation, spread over 2 floors, enchants you with its country-style interiors and consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms.
The house can therefore accommodate up to 15 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, fireplace, and TV.
High chair, baby bed, and a crib are available on request and for an extra fee, as well as childcare assistance, making the accommodation particularly suitable for families.
The absolute highlight is the beautiful private and fenced outdoor area of the property.
You can have breakfast on the loggia while planning your day, relax in the open space surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, or organize a barbecue with your loved ones in the evening.
Outdoor showers and a children's pool offer refreshment during hot summer days.
A supermarket is just a short walk away (350 m) and restaurants are 500 m away.
The sandy beach Spiaggia di Simius is 3.1 km away, where fine sand and turquoise water create a Caribbean atmosphere.

Das Haus hat eine gute und ruhige Lage
Vom Vermieter sollten die Fahrräder rausgenommen werden, da man die nicht benutzen kann. Einige Sonnenschirme sollten auch aussortiert werden, da sie defekt und veraltet sind, der große Sonnenschirm ist auch defekt.
