Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment in Immenstaad on Lake Constance! In a quiet yet central location, you will find a lovingly furnished 62 m² apartment for up to four people—ideal for families with children or couples.
The comfortable living and dining area is perfect for relaxing and spending time together.
A well-equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom provide everything you need for a pleasant stay. Start your day on the sunny south-facing balcony with a beautiful sunrise and stunning views of the Swiss Alps, enjoy breakfast, or simply relax in peace. A wooden staircase leads to the attic studio with two single beds.
This extra sleeping area is especially suitable for children and teenagers, but adults can use it as well.
From the attic studio, you also have a view of Lake Constance and the Alps. Our apartment is located in a pleasant, quiet residential area of Immenstaad.
Bakery, supermarket, restaurants, and the lakeshore with swimming and leisure options are within easy walking distance. Whether cycling, swimming, hiking, or trips to Meersburg, Friedrichshafen, and Mainau Island—the apartment is the perfect base for exploring the diverse Lake Constance region. Free Wi-Fi, parking at the house, a place to store bicycles, and access to the garden complete the offer. We look forward to welcoming you!

Gute Ausstattung und ruhige Lage. Geschäfte in der Nähe. Sehr zentral gelegen.
Der beschriebene Seeblick war nicht da. Man konnte nur zwischen den Häusern ganz wenig vom See sehen. Die Seeblickbilder im Internet stimmen nicht mit der Wiklichkeit überein.
Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub ohne Probleme.

Wir hatten eine herrliche Sicht auf die Alpen. Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Unser E-Bikes konnten gut in der Garage des Besitzers untergebracht werden, die Batterien über unsere Netzteile zu laden war kein Problem. Wir konnten in der Umgebung einige schöne Radtouren durchführen.

im Angebot wurde von einen 2. Schlafzimmer gesprochen
- was leider so nicht vorhanden war - es war ein ausgebauter Speicher angeboten was für eine erwachsene Person eine Zumutung gleich kommt
- Küchenzeile nur für schlanke Personen -
- in der Wohnung, trotz dauerlüften, immer ein "abgestandener" Geruch
