The charming apartment Monika Haug is situated in a quiet district of the popular holiday resort Immenstaad on Lake Constance and is perfect for relaxing holidays in this scenic area.
The 62 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people (ideal for parents and 2 children). The child-friendly apartment includes Wi-Fi, satellite television, a children’s bed and a highchair.
You can start your day with coffee on the south-facing balcony and great views of the lake and the Swiss Alps.
The private outdoor area boasts a garden area seating furniture and an open patio, which is ideal for breakfast or a glass of wine and tasty barbecued dinners in the evening.
From the apartment, a supermarket is 170 m or a 2-minute walk away, a bakery can be reached after 400 m or a 5-minute walk, and a pharmacy and a restaurant are 600 m or a 7-minute walk away.
After a 10-minute walk (850 m) to the nearest beach with a minigolf course, you can swim in the clear blue water in the midst of a wonderful lake and mountain panorama.
You can drive to the ferry terminal in Meersburg in 13 minutes (9.2 km), from which you can cross the lake the beautiful town of Konstanz, famous for its picturesque old centre with centuries-old buildings and a cathedral.
You can also drive to Friedrichshafen and visit the Zeppelin museum in 16 minutes (10.5 km). The hilly area around Lake Constance also offers many hiking and cycling routes through woods and natural reserves, as well as skiing areas.
In winter, you can reach the closest ski lift after 27 km or a 34-minute drive. Check-in is from 2.00 pm and check-out is by 10.00 am. Parking spaces are available on the property, and bikes can be parked in the garage. There is a washing machine in the house. Wir hatten eine herrliche Sicht auf die Alpen. Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Unser E-Bikes konnten gut in der Garage des Besitzers untergebracht werden, die Batterien über unsere Netzteile zu laden war kein Problem. Wir konnten in der Umgebung einige schöne Radtouren durchführen.

Die Wohnung hatte viel Platz, genug Türen und Stauraum, war sehr sauber und insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. In der Umgebung und im Haus war es angenehm ruhig. Der Ort war auch nicht überlaufen.
Das Bett und die Badtür haben ziemlich geknarzt und die Schlafzimmertür hat geschabt. Das ist nervig, wenn man nicht immer die gleichen Schlafzeiten hat.
Wir sind glücklich und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder
