The well-equipped apartment Lea is located in Schienen (5 minutes by car to the lake), a village near Öhningen, close to both the Swiss border and the shores of Lake Constance.
The 90 m² apartment features a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to six guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, TV, baby cot, and high chair. Start your day with coffee in the sunny garden and relax in the spacious grounds, which you share with other guests.
The lush garden offers a seating area where you can enjoy breakfast or spend evenings with grilled dishes.
For children, there is a playground with swings, a trampoline, and a table tennis table. A bus stop is a 4-minute walk (350 m) away, and a restaurant is 8 minutes (650 m) away on foot.
After a 6-minute drive (4.2 km), you reach Öhningen with supermarkets, bakeries, and the nearest beach, where you can swim and enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views.
In Wangen (10 minutes by car, 7 km), you’ll find a pharmacy and more swimming spots.
The hilly area around Schiener Berg is ideal for outdoor activities like hiking or cycling, with many routes starting at your doorstep.
The charming lakeside town of Radolfzell is 16 minutes (11 km) away by car, the UNESCO World Heritage island of Reichenau is a 35-minute drive (32 km), and Konstanz with its picturesque old town is 40 minutes (33 km) away. Parking is available.

Die Kinder liebten das riesige Trampolin im Garten, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet und war sehr sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind total freundlich. Perfekt zum Baden (tolles Strandbad in der Nähe), Wandern, Radfahren und um die umliegenden Ortschaften zu erkunden.
Wir haben uns willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Das Lädle im Dorf (Brötchen, Brot) ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar.
