Enjoy the in 2014 completely renovated, bright and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment in full equipment in a well-kept, quiet residential complex with balcony and lake view in Überlingen-Nußdorf.
The Lake Constance and the lido are only a few minutes' walk away.
Various shopping facilities, restaurants, a bicycle rental as well as a spa facility and spa doctor for your outpatient spa treatment are in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment has its own underground parking space and includes the use of the bicycle cellar. The holiday flat offers on 64 square meters space for up to 3 persons.
The apartment is divided into a living and dining area with kitchenette with fully automatic coffee machine, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
From the balcony you can enjoy the view of Lake Constance. Equipment: Holiday flat: 1 bedroom, oven, balcony/terrace at the room, TV, dishwasher, size (square meters): 64, coffee and tea maker, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, non-smoking room Floor holiday flat: 1st floor Sanitary equipment: WC and shower A comprehensive range of services, personal care and an eye for that little bit extra: you will find all this with us, your experts in holiday, travel and recreation. Die Parterrewohnung war einwandfrei, W-Lan super, der Balkon (viel Sonne) war sehr groß. Alles konnte mit zum Teil elektrischen Fensterläden gut verdunkelt bzw. gesichert werden. Zur Wohnung gehörte ein Tiefgarageneinstellplatz für das Auto. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass die Wohnung einen Safe hatte. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
Nix zu bemängeln.

Sehr gute Ausstattung von Wohnung und Küche, zentrale Lage in Seenähe direkt am Radweg, sonniger Balkon, Supermarkt fussläufig zu erreichen, TG-Stellplatz für Auto und Fahrräder in der Nähe
Die Bahnlinie verläuft ebenfalls in der Nähe des Hauses und ist bei offenem Fenster deutlich wahrnehmbar.
