Owner canceled on my group about 30 minutes before we got to Vegas. We were stuck looking for alternative hotel options on the Thursday before EDC. Owner claimed he double booked. I’m pretty sure he listed it on a different site and whoever paid more got the reservation. When questioned about this the owners response was pretty much too bad. Overall pretty scummy.
The stay was great, but I want my money back & an explanation for why I was charged double.

The house was lovely. Communication could have been better.
I was double charged & my money STILL has not been refunded to me. The owner said he doesn’t handle it, but I’d love to know WHO took the extra money from my account & when it will be returned. I don’t want to file a claim with booking.com because I thought whoever handles payments would do the right thing, but I’m not sure what else to do.
