The very well equipped apartment 1 belongs to the "Haus Kees" and is located in a quiet residential area of Kressbronn, which is known for its fruit-growing and only a few minutes walk from the lake shore.
The 55 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a bedroom as well as a bathroom with toilet and a guest toilet. A SO and a SW balcony increases the living space by 20 m².
Further amenities include WLAN, and cable TV.
On the SO-balcony you can have breakfast in the morning sun and enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Constance, Austrian and Swiss mountains.
You can experience the evening sun with sunset on the SW balcony.
A supermarket is 12 minutes walk (1 km) away, a pharmacy 5 minutes walk (500 m), and a bakery, cafés and restaurants are within 7 minutes walk (650 m).
The train station of the village is 750 m or 9 minutes walk from the apartment.
The landing stage next to the "Seegarten" is 10 minutes on foot (1.2 km) away.
The big natural beach bath at Lake Constance is located in Kressbronn (distance 1,5 km)
The exhibition and university city of Friedrichshafen with its large museums (e.g. Zeppelin, Dornier) can be reached by train in 17 minutes (14.5 km), and the island of Lindau can be visited after a 19 minute train ride (11 km).
The proud ships of the "White Fleet" connect the most beautiful destinations on Lake Constance on their journeys.
Furthermore, after a 30-minute drive (31 km) by car, you will reach Bregenz across the Austrian border, where you can experience the architecture worth seeing and the diverse cultural offerings. (lake stage).
The Antoniuskapelle in Selmnau (Bavarian neighbouring village) can be reached on foot in 30 minutes.
From there you have a fantastic panoramic view of the German, Austrian and Swiss shores of Lake Constance.
Directly in front of our door the hiking and biking trails into the picturesque Kressbronn hinterland with its small, idyllically situated lakes (Schleinsee, Degersee) and numerous orchards and hop gardens begin.
Each apartment has its own parking space.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house and on the balcony.
