Appartamento Mirtillo is a lovely apartment of about 25 sqm, on the ground floor, with independent entrance, a large porch (20 sqm) for outdoor dining, barbecue, deck chairs in the garden to sunbathe or maybe sip a glass of wine watching the sea.
It is part of Villa Sterlizia, which consists of 4 apartments, all on the ground floor and with independent and separate entrances.
It is a studio apartment for 2/3 people, furnished with care and with all comforts, consisting of bathroom with shower, double bed (with container), single armchair bed, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, dishwasher and induction cooker.
There are also air conditioning, satellite TV and free wi-fi.
It is close to the sea, with a 10/12 minute walk through country lanes and olive trees you can reach the golden beach of Lacona.
You will find absolute privacy and peace and quiet in the middle of nature.
Pets are allowed.
Sheets and towels can be provided on site for an extra fee.
