In Sa Ràpita, in the beautiful island of Mallorca, the beautiful holiday home “Villa Paula” impresses guests with its generous outdoor area and its excellent location near the beach.
It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with one kingsize bed each; 2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 3 bathrooms, and it can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite and cable television, a washing machine, a baby cot and a highchair.
One of the main attractions of the house is the charming outdoor area, where you will find a nice garden and a covered terrace with a large dining table and a lounge area.
Here guests can share a nice meal outdoors or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
There is also a private swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds where you can take a refreshing dip in warm summer days or relax under the sun with a good book.
You will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance (7-20 minutes walking; 600m-1.7km), while the closest sandy beach, Arenal de Sa Ràpita, is just a 6-minute drive from the property (2.8 km).
The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its international airport are just 37 minutes driving from Villa Paula (43.2km).
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
Pets are not allowed.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in the cancellation of the booking with no refund.
The homeowner provides towels for the swimming pool.
Parties and loud events are not permitted on the property as well as groups of guests under 25 years of age.
Only the guests stated in the booking are allowed in the house, no more people should enter the property.

Das Haus hat eine tolle ruhige Lage und einen schönen Außenbereich. In der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden.
Bettdecken bzw. Bettbezüge wären wünschenswert.

Problemloser Check-In, schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit Karen. Sehr schöner Pool. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden auch wieder kommen.
