The 210 m² villa “Ca Na Rosa” is situated in a central area of Alcúdia, a charming seaside town in the north of Mallorca, and is only a short walk from the beach.
The child-friendly holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair.
The private outdoor area, surrounded by trees, will impress with 2 covered terraces (30 m² each) with seating furniture, where you can have breakfast and spend the evenings with home-cooked dinners from the barbecue.
The lush garden boasts deck chairs for you to bask in the sun after a refreshing swim in the pool (7,5 x 5 m). The central location of the villa allows you to reach a supermarket, a pharmacy, cafés and restaurants within a 6-minute walk (500 m), while the sandy beach Platja d’Alcúdia, where you can swim in the glistening blue Mediterranean, is only 400 m or an 3-minute walk away.
The scenic port of Alcúdia lies a 22-minute walk (1.8 km) up the beach and offers many restaurants and great views of the bay. Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 48-minute drive (60 km), while the airport is a 55-minute drive (63 km) away. The total dimensions of the property, including the outdoor area, are 625 m². Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. No parties or events allowed. Pets are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. An additional tourist tax will be charged. There are 4 bicycles available (with lock each one).

Het huis was heel ruim en ontzettend schoon. Alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt waren aanwezig. De airco werkte snel en koel, het zwembad was heel schoon en lekker groot! Het straatje van het huis zelf is erg rustig, zodat je thuis echt tot rust komt en als je de drukte wilt opzoeken ben je zo in ...
Er is eigenlijk niets dat ons niet goed bevallen is. We zouden op onze volgende trip naar Mallorca zo weer terug gaan naar Ca Na Rosa!

Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen!
