This luxurious 200 sqm villa in the south of Olbia, is located only 6 km from the world famous beach Cala Brandinchi.
With its 4 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms, the villa can accommodate 8 people.
The holiday home has a comfortable living area and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave and a coffee machine.

This is an inviting and comfortable traditional family home. It is clean and well kept, has many outdoor spaces to relax in: poolside, under the shade of the pergola for reading and eating, or enjoying a glass of wine and the 360 spectacular views from the roof terrace as the suns goes Down.

me and my friends had a very relaxing stay at this property. There was a bit of miscommunication leading up to the stay about the use of all bedrooms available, but the hosts were able to solve this prior to arrival. The house is suitable for all ages and located about 15 minutes from La Cinta beach and about 18 minutes from San Teodoro, where there's more to do.
