Casa Aguila, nestled in the Campo of Cómpeta, Andalusia, offers a tranquil retreat in southern Spain.
Renowned for its white-washed charm, the house provides a serene escape just a short drive from local amenities and Mediterranean beaches.
The road to Cómpeta is mostly paved, ensuring easy access to the property's generous parking area, although the small garage remains private for the owners' belongings.
The house boasts stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Bay of Torre del Mar.
Summer days invite relaxation by the pool, maintained weekly except during peak months when cleaning is more frequent.
Outdoor amenities include a mobile grill, sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower.
Inside, the living room with its dining area opens onto the pool terrace and a cozy winter garden, equipped with German SAT-TV and air conditioning.The kitchen, adjacent to the entrance, is fully equipped, while a separate room houses a washing machine, second refrigerator, and freezer accessible from the pool terrace.
The three bedrooms feature double beds (1.5m x 2m), each with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and newly purchased wardrobes.
The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace.
Pool season is typically from April 1 to October 31.
Late check in until 1a.m. can be arranged with a supplement.
Electricity meter readings are taken upon arrival and departure for homes with air conditioning or electric heating.
Excess usage beyond 100 kW per week (or 21.5 kW daily for longer stays) is charged at 0.39 euros per kW.
Normal consumption ranges from 70 to 200 kW/h weekly.
Please note that this is a house in the mountains (usually 400-600 m above the coast) and here the roads are winding and access can also be by dirt tracks.

Gute Ausstattung super Ausblick von der Terrasse .
Das einzige ist die Kurvenreiche Anfahrt ohne Auto geht es nicht .Die Vinca liegt sehr hoch.
