The modern 2-room apartment Pedagà is located in St. Vigil (San Vigilio di Marebbe) and is part of the beautiful house Ciasa Lavarella.
Boasting a mountain view, the comfortable apartment consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed (for 2 people), a kitchenette with a dishwasher, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television as well as underfloor heating.
Furthermore, the apartment offers a large private balcony which is accessible via the double bedroom, and a covered terrace.
Start your mornings outside on your furnished balcony and sip on a hot cup of coffee while you enjoy the picturesque surroundings.
Due to its excellent location, restaurants, cafes and bars can be easily reached on foot in under 3 minutes and the nearest supermarket is just a 1-minute walk away (85 m). Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity of the house you will find connections to the famous ski area Kronplatz which offers 119 km of perfectly maintained slopes for families with children and experts, museums and numerous restaurants and huts where you can enjoy local delicacies. 1 parking space per apartment is available on the property and some are also available on the street.
