The country-style holiday home “Can Julia” is located in the heart of Mallorca, in a rural area between Búger, Sa Pobla and Muro, and provides you with everything you need for quiet relaxing holidays.
The 160 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a baby cot and a highchair.
The private outdoor area will certainly impress you, as it boasts a spacious garden with an open and covered terrace and 2 dining areas for you to start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with tasty dinners from the stone barbecue, as well as deck chairs and a covered patio with seating furniture.
You can take morning swims in the pool while enjoying the wonderful view of the mountain scenery around you.
Another exclusive highlight of the property is the private tennis court.
You will find supermarkets, cafés and restaurants in Búger, a 2-minute drive or 750 maway, as well as in Sa Pobla (4.4 km or an 8-minute drive) and in Muro, which is a 11-minute drive (8.2 km) from the holiday home.
The closest beach, Platja de Muro, lies between the seaside towns Can Picafort and Alcúdia and can be reached after a 19-minute drive (16 km).
Mallorca’s bustling capital Palma and the airport can both be reached after a 40-minute drive (45 km) from the property.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price as well as fees for cleaning and electricity.

Huis had mooi zwembad. Het huis was schoon. De host is super vriendelijk en flexibel. Het huis staat op een rustige plek. Tennisbaan is leuk extraatje. Alles is goed bereikbaar.

Die Außenanlagen und der Pool waren sehr schön und sehr gepflegt.
Die Übergaben (An-und Abreise) waren unkompliziert (auch wenn der Inhaber nur Spanisch spricht)
Die Lage der Finca ist ideal für Ausflüge z.B: nach Inca oder Alcudia.
Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe z.B. in Sa Pobla, Mu...
Direkt vor dem Haus verläuft eine Landstraße. Früh morgens rasen dort auch schon Autos vorbei, die man leider auch hört.
In den Bädern stinkt es zeitweise erheblich aus den Abflüssen und auch in den Einbauschränken riecht es etwas muffig.
Pool Handtücher werden nicht gestellt. Erst auf Nachfrage hat...
