Each of them has room for 5 guests and they share the swimming pool* The charming holiday home “Casa Carmen” is located in La Guancha, in the beautiful island of Tenerife, and impresses guests with its beautiful outdoor areas, as well as with its stunning views over the sea and the mountains.
It consists of a living room with a sofa bed (for 1 person), a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (with 2 single beds each), one bathroom and an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate up to 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and satellite television.
Additionally, 2 baby cots can be provided under request.
In your spacious private garden (partially covered) you can prepare a delicious meal in the stone barbecue and enjoy it outdoors, while your private uncovered terrace is the perfect place to start the day with a wholesome breakfast .
Also, the refreshing shared pool and the outdoor shower are ideal to cool off in warm summer days.
Within walking distance you will find the homeowner’s restaurant, Bodegón 7 (63 m; 1 minute walking), which is the perfect place to have some tapas.There is a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the centre of Buen Paso (1km; 2 minutes driving), while the closest beach, Playa Moreno, is 4.2 km away (8 minutes by car).
After 30 minutes driving (40.4 km) you will reach Tenerife Airport.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

La maison est joliment arboré, les nombreuses terrasses permettent de profiter de toutes les vues et du soleil tout au long de la journée, la piscine est un plus. les maisons sont simples mais le necessaire est la. Hote réactif et gentil. bonne expérience

Ein sehr schönes Haus in sehr schöner Lage mit überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Besitzern. Dazu ein recht gutes Grillrestaurant - wenn man nicht gerade Vegetarier ist.

Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Die Anlage gut gepflegt. Supermärkte sind sehr nah. Wir hatten beide Häuser für 5 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist leider nicht so top wie der Garten (wenig Geschirr, keine Spülmaschine, Ummauerung des Grills defekt, Sofa im größeren Haus durchgesessen). Javi, der Vermieter, ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und nett.
