This enchanting holiday apartment is part of a residential complex of 12 units in the tranquil village of Desenzano del Garda, less than one kilometre from Lake Garda.
Here up to 4 persons find enough space for a comfortable stay.
The rooms include a bedroom, a bathroom, a living/dining area with a sofa bed for two persons as well as air conditioning and WiFi.
The outside area scores with comfortable chairs, a dining table and parasol.
In the spacious garden of Villa dei Colli Storici with its old olive trees there is also a shared swimming pool with comfortable deckchairs and armchairs.
The nearest restaurant is only a 4-minute walk away (300 m), the closest supermarket a 4-minute drive by car (2,2 km).
The beach, La Zettera, is 1,1 km away from the holiday apartment (a 15-minute walk).
Covered parking spaces are available on the property.
For an extra charge it is possible to benefit from a daily cleaning service.
The reception is open from 9 to 12 a.m.

Toller Garten mit Pool, schöne Wohnung und mit dem Auto viele schöne Orte in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erkunden, zB Peschiera und Lazise oder weiter weg noch Verona und Venedig natürlich
Etwas wenig Stauraum da es fast keine Schränke gibt

The location was amazing, the condo was very clean. However the toilet in the main bedroom was awkward and was not attached to the floor well. The main bed was a bit uncomfortable and so was the couch. The back door that slid open was a bit tricky on the lock and was hard to lock and unlock at times. It was a good size for what we needed!
