In the south of Lake Garda tradition meets modernity.
The apartment is part of a residential complex of 12 units in the tranquil village of Desenzano del Garda, less than one kilometre from Lake Garda.
This unique apartment for 2 persons is characterized by its special charm and can be described as a true oasis of well-being.
The spacious main room includes a well-equipped kitchen, a sofa bed and a bathtub for romantic hours in the evening.
The apartment also offers a bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The private garden with its beautiful outdoor dining area awaits you for cosy hours.
In the spacious garden of Villa dei Colli Storici with its old olive trees there is also a shared swimming pool (open from June to October) as well as comfortable deck chairs.
The nearest restaurant is only a 4-minute walk away (300 m), and the closest supermarket is a 4-minute drive away (2,2 km). The beach, La Zettera, is 1,1 km away from the holiday apartment (a 15-minute walk). The property has parking spaces. A daily cleaning service is available for a fee. The reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. During opening hours, the friendly staff is available and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. A car is recommended for travel.

Toller Garten mit Pool, schöne Wohnung und mit dem Auto viele schöne Orte in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erkunden, zB Peschiera und Lazise oder weiter weg noch Verona und Venedig natürlich
Etwas wenig Stauraum da es fast keine Schränke gibt

The location was amazing, the condo was very clean. However the toilet in the main bedroom was awkward and was not attached to the floor well. The main bed was a bit uncomfortable and so was the couch. The back door that slid open was a bit tricky on the lock and was hard to lock and unlock at times. It was a good size for what we needed!
