This charming holiday apartment is part of a residential complex of 12 units in the tranquil village of Desenzano del Garda, less than one kilometre from Lake Garda.
The spacious holiday apartment has one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
The apartment also includes a bathroom, a combined living-dining room with a kitchenette and a dining table.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi as well as satellite and cable TV.
In the spacious garden with its old olive trees you will find a shared pool (from June to October) as well as comfortable deck chairs.
The nearest restaurant is only a 4-minute walk away (300 m), and the closest supermarket is a 4-minute drive (2,2 km).
The beach, La Zettera, is 1,1 km away from the holiday apartment (a 15-minute walk).
The property has parking spaces.
A daily cleaning service is available for a fee.
The reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
During opening hours, the friendly staff is available and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Toller Garten mit Pool, schöne Wohnung und mit dem Auto viele schöne Orte in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erkunden, zB Peschiera und Lazise oder weiter weg noch Verona und Venedig natürlich
Etwas wenig Stauraum da es fast keine Schränke gibt

The location was amazing, the condo was very clean. However the toilet in the main bedroom was awkward and was not attached to the floor well. The main bed was a bit uncomfortable and so was the couch. The back door that slid open was a bit tricky on the lock and was hard to lock and unlock at times. It was a good size for what we needed!
