Newly built house with four bedrooms, private pool, and a well-furnished covered terrace.
Located in a peaceful rural area, it's perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. From the entrance, you reach an open space with a kitchen, dining table, and living area that opens onto the covered terrace and pool.
The kitchen leads to the laundry area and a spacious bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the other side of the house, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and an adjacent bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. The covered terrace is well equipped, featuring a dining table and a chill-out area overlooking the infinity pool and a hydromassage zone by the steps.
Barbecue next to the pool. Air conditioning (hot/cold) operates on a fixed schedule (14:00 - 17:00, 20:00 - 24:00, 03:00 - 08:00). Pets allowed on request.

geräumiges ordentliches Haus, schöner Pool, unbeheizt, schöne Gartenanlage, Betten OK
Möblierung recht einfach. Ziemliche Gläsersammlung recht vielfältig 😅. Keinerlei ‘Küchenbasics’ wie Gewürze, Zucker, Salz, Essig, Öl - nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank. Elektrisches Einfahrtstor defekt, zu wenige Handtücher, mussten die Waschmaschine mehrfach bemühen. Ein Lattenrost beschädigt.

Der Gesamteindruck dieser schönen Finca ist leider sehr ungepflegt! Die Armaturen und die Matratzen müssen unbedingt erneuert werden ! Poolhandtücher waren leider nicht vorhanden, obwohl angekündigt! Bei sieben Personen war leider sehr oft kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen!
wir 3 ältere Damen haben wunderbare 10 Nächte dort vertbrach!. nicht alles perfek!. aber wir würden wiederkommen manches sollte allerdings vorher kontrolliert werden

Wer die absolute Ruhe fernab jeglichen Tourismus, nur Vogelgezwitscher sucht, ist hier genau richtig.dennoch nahe zu Lidl und Santanyi. Alle Räume ebenerdig . muß man lange nach suchen. Schöner Blick von der Terasse über den Pool und die Felder.Moderner großzüger Wohn-Eßbereich. Hatte man ein Problem, reagierte Madame Magalida sofort, bzw. Der Sohn( englisch).
Ein Leitfaden für deutsche Gäste , z.B.wlan-Schlüssel, wäre schön gewesen. Z.B.hat man in Schl.Zi. 3 kein wlan, zu weit vom Router entfernt !. Eine Kontrolle nach jedem mieterwechsel wäre angebracht und sollte eigentlich selbstverständlich sein. Z. B. War mein Duschhebel defekt . So etwas darf n...
