In the alpine village of Commezzadura, nestled in a beautiful valley among the Dolomites, the "Spleuza" holiday apartment is located in the Maso Margherita house, known for its rustic charm and high-quality wooden furnishings.
This attic apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, an LCD satellite TV, and, upon request, a crib and high chair for children.
In the common area, you will also find a washing machine and ironing set. The house is surrounded by a garden with a barbecue area and offers stunning views of the mountains and valley.
The Daolasa-Val Mastellina cable car is 1 km away or a 5-minute drive from the property, while the village center with supermarket and restaurants is also 1 km away.
The local train station, with connections to Trento and Marilleva, is just a 5-minute walk. Parking is available on the property.

Zoals vermeld: alles is goed verzorgd; wij hebben genoten. Dank u wel.
Wij genoten van de prachtige fietstochten door het dal, langs de rivier en vooral ook langs de nog niet gemaaide prachtig bergweiden met een enorme bloemenpracht en daarmee veel vogels vanwege de insecten-rijkdom. De schone luchtkwaliteit was voor ons echt top!
Wel een punt ter verbetering: de fietskelder.
De fietskelder is, zeker met de toch zwaardere e-bikes, ongemakkelijk te bereiken, klein trapje en een grotere trede.
In de kelder zijn eigenlijk geen voorzieningen voor het opladen van e-bikes. (De elektrische contactpunten zijn voor de wasmachines, heel fijn, maar niet voor de fietsen...).

Notre famille adore la montagne le ski les balades les vues imprenables et nous avons pu remplir notre cerveau de tout cela. Une déconnexion qui a fait du bien à tout le monde. Et l’Italie a cela de merveilleux dans sa langue, dans son alimentation et dans ses paysages. Ankunftsdatum - 2. März 2024
