Villa Es Ratolí is a welcoming Mallorcan-style home located in a peaceful residential area of Cala d’Or, just 150 meters from the exclusive marina with its promenade, restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops.
Only 450 meters away is Cala Petita, one of the most beautiful beaches in southeast Mallorca, offering restaurant, café, and shower facilities.
Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda are also nearby.
The center of Cala d’Or is just a 2-minute walk away. Cala d’Or is a charming Mediterranean village of white houses, perfect for families and groups of friends seeking tranquility, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent dining options, especially traditional grills and tapas restaurants. The villa features a fully fenced private garden, private pool, and barbecue area.
Spread over three floors, it accommodates up to 8 guests.
All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning. On the main floor, you’ll find a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with TV and pool views, and a dining area for all guests.
This space opens onto a covered terrace by the pool and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals.
On-street parking is available in front of the house.
This floor also has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs offers a master bedroom with private balcony, two additional double bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
The basement includes a large laundry room and a bathroom with shower. Thanks to its excellent location, a car is not necessary to enjoy your stay, though it’s recommended for exploring the island.
Public transport and car rental are available nearby. Central heating is available on request and for an extra fee.

Fantastisk beliggenhed til Marina og centrum. Huset er udemærket, det kan ses at det har lidt år på bagen. Meget lidt grønt areal, det er lidt sammenpresset det hele. Godt tilfreds sammenlagt.

Het huis had een pracht zwembad, waar de kinderen iedere dag van hebben genoten. Het water was nog wat koud, dus de wetsuits waren een uitkomst. De host reageerde snel op de vragen die wij hadden en het probleem van het niet warme water uit de kraan, was binnen een half uur opgelost, zodat we een h...
Enige nadeel is dat het ietwat gehorig is. Vooral als er iemand al heel vroeg in de keuken gaat opruimen. Maar oordoppen verhielpen dat snel en de afspraak voor een bepaalde tijd, zachtjes te zijn. Verder geen problemen.
