Our well-kept house in a sunny, quiet, secluded location with a magnificent mountain panorama offers you a place for your relaxing and restful vacation. Enjoy your vacation in our comfortable 40 to 60 square meter vacation apartments. Many sights as well as a golf course, cable cars and inns are in the immediate vicinity. In just a few minutes walk you can reach the middle station of the Obersalzberg cable car. Many hiking trails start directly at the house or in the immediate vicinity. The nearest bus stop is only a five-minute walk away. Around the house, the cozy seating, as well as the large playground and lawn invite you to linger. A barbecue is also at your disposal. The kitchens are equipped with CD radio, coffee maker, electric stove, egg and water stove, toaster, bread slicer, refrigerator with freezer, as well as rich dining and cooking utensils and corner sofa.

Environment description
Unser Haus steht auf halber Höhe zur Abfahrtsstelle zum Kehlstein / Dokumentation Obersalzberg . Ein Wanderweg der am Haus entlang führt , endet nach unten an der Ache Berchtesgaden . An der
Ache sind auch die Watzmanntherme / Salzbergwerk /Obersalzbergbahntalstation / Bahnhof Berchtesgaden . Von der Ache sind es 10 Gehminuten zum Zentrum Berchtesgaden .
Nach oben geht der Wanderweg zur Doku Obersalzberg / Abf. Kehlstein. ( Es gehen von dem Wanderweg unterwegs wieder andere Wanderwege ab , so z.B. zur
Sommerrodelbahn / zu den Gaststätten Hochlenzer , Windbeutelbaron , Scharitzkehlalm ....). Berchtesgaden ist in der Mitte von unserem Talkessel , so dass Sie auch alle anderen
Sehenswürdigkeiten , wie z.B. Königssee, Jenner , Almbachklamm,Wimbachklamm , Hintersee in 10-20 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichen. Auch nach Salzburg (Österreich) sind es nur ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit.

Arrival Description
From the main station Berchtesgaden follow the B 305 direction Salzburg, after approx. 1 km turn right on the B 319 to Obersalzberg, after approx. 2 km the Rennweg branches off to the right our house is located after approx. 300 m on the right below the path. If you come to Berchtesgaden via Austria, please note that you have to pay a toll on the Austrian highway.
