The modern Can Botana 7 is located in the lovely coastal town of Cala Sant Vicenç, in the picturesque north of Mallorca, making it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday near the sea.
This holiday home, set in the Can Botana forest, has 2 floors and is perfect for couples and families, with or without children.
It features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, TV, cot and high chair.
The private covered terrace is the perfect spot for breakfast or relaxing afternoons surrounded by the lush greenery of the spacious garden.
The pool area, shared with neighbouring holiday homes, is ideal for sunbathing and cooling off.
The large pool is divided by a metal barrier: one side for adults, the other for children.
The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away (400 m), and restaurants, bars and cafés are just a minute away (120 m).
Cala Molins beach is only a 3-minute walk (270 m).
Palma, Mallorca’s capital, and the airport are 67 km away (about 50 minutes by car), on the other side of the island.
Pets are not allowed.
There are 2 CCTV cameras in the property: one in the living room and one at the top of the stairs.
They are not in operation while the house is rented, only during the low season when the house is completely vacant.

We’ve visited Cala St Vincent before so we knew it’s a beautiful area.
Scenery,and Beach just lovely.
All good
Perhaps because we were earlier in the year, number 7 is a bit shaded.
Also we had 4 adults 2 children.The beds in the second bedroom were to small for adults.
