Located in a residential neighbourhood in Las Tías, directly by the sea, the spacious villa ‘Rústica’ boasts fantastic views of the surroundings.
With large open spaces and rustic charm, the beautifully decorated property consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and 2 with one double bed each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine and a television.
Furthermore, the property impresses guests with its private outdoor area which consists of terraces (open and covered), a pool and a barbecue.
The comfortable sun loungers in the pool area invite you to relax with a good book and switch off from the world while the covered terrace is the perfect place to eat with your loved ones while you enjoy a view of the sea.
In 10-15 minutes walking you will reach a selection of bars and restaurants and the nearest supermarket is just a 4-minute walk away (350 m).
The property is ideally located next to beautiful beaches and the closest beach, Playa Lima, is just 3 minutes away on foot (270 m).
Furthermore, Lanzarote airport is just a 5-minute drive from the property (3.7 km).
