The charming holiday home “Casa Costa Ballena Dahlia” is situated in a quiet area close to the beach of Costa Ballena, a seaside town between Rota and Chipiona.
The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot and cold), a television and a baby cot (upon request).
The communal outdoor area, shared with the other homes of the holiday facility, boasts a spacious pool, perfect for morning swims in the sunny garden area.
The holiday home comes with a private covered terrace facing the garden, where you can start the day with breakfast or relax in the evening while enjoying your own meals from the barbecue.
The closest beach, the sandy Playa de la Ballena, is a 18-minute walk (1.5 km) from the complex and the nearest supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy and a bus stop can all be reached within a 3-minute walk (250 m).
The pretty town of Rota is located 11 km (14-minute drive) west of Costa Ballena and invites you to stroll along its narrow streets and enjoy the many restaurants and bars around the scenic marina and along the beaches.
The closest international airport is located 40 km away, outside of Jerez, and can be reached by car in 30 minutes.
One parking space is available on the property, and there are parking spaces on the street.
Pets are allowed.
