Situated overseas at the Chiemsee, the holiday home Annelies awaits you with its rustic charm.
The two-storey holiday home features a living/dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and a single bed), as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Furthermore, Wi-fi, satellite TV, a washing machine, as well as a baby bed and a high chair are part of the amenities.
The exterior of the house includes a private garden, a large south-facing balcony and a furnished terrace (open) with barbecue.
Begin your day here with a cup of coffee and enjoy the fantastic view from the balcony of the Chiemgau Alps.
If you want to experience total relaxation, you can use the spa area on the property of the house owner on request; it is 1.3 km (2 minutes by car) away.
Guests can make use of the sauna for an additional fee.
The next supermarket is 1.4 km away (3 minutes by car), restaurants can be reached within a short walk of 3 minutes (230 m).
The lido Übersee is about 2.8 km (6 minutes by car) from the house.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses war für uns völlig ausreichend. Der Pool mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Berge ist sicherlich ein absolutes Highlight. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen die freundlichen Gastgeber gerne weiter.
Leider war das WLAN nicht besonders gut.

Von der Autobahn Ruck-zuck da. Größe des Hauses. Einrichtung. Parkplatz vorm Haus. Weber Kugelgrill. Der Pool, der zwar rund 1,5 km entfernt ist, aber auch genutzt werden kann - ist bei schlechtem Wetter und wenn man Kinder dabei hat der absolute Gamechanger. Gastgeber super entspannt.
W-LAN ist eine Vollkatastrophe. Sitzbereich unten vorm Haus könnte gemütlicher und herzlicher sein.

Das ganze Haus steht Ihnen zur Verfügung zum fairen Preis. 5 min Fahrt bis Chiemsee. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war gut. Man kann Pool, Grill und Garage verwenden.
Sehr schlechte WLAN verbindung. Leider der Pool war etwas weit von dem Haus.
Es hat 1 Tag gedauert um einen Antwort auf email zu bekommen
