The charming holiday home “Villa Martina” in the beautiful Sardinian seaside town of Costa Rei is perfect for a summer vacation very close to the fine-grained sand beach Spiaggia di Costa Rei.
The child-friendly holiday home consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with bunk bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, fans, satellite television, a baby cot, a child´s bed and a highchair.
The private outdoor area boasts a garden and covered terrace on which you can spend joyfull evenings with home-cooked dinners from the stone barbecue.
Given the central location of the villa, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, cafés and a bus station are just a 5-minute (300 m) walk from the property.
The closest beach, Spiaggia di Costa Rei, can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes (600 m).
The natural resort Piscina Rei, is located 2,5 km (5-minute drive) north of the villa.
The city center of Cagliari is a one hour-drive (60 km) from the property and Cagliari airport can be reached by car in one hour 10 minutes (70 km).
The popular tourist town of Villasimius with its scenic marina is also not far from Costa Rei, 15 km (25-minute drive) in southern direction.
Parking spaces are available on the property.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren zu 6 und es war super vom Platz her. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Die Veranda und der Garten waren toll zum verweilen und Essen. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas älter, aber immer noch tiptop. Einzig die Türen quitschen sehr laut...
