The cozy Villa La Vista de Tefía is located in Tefía and boasts a great mountain view.
The 90 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine and a television as well as a baby cot and a highchair on request.
In your private outdoor area you will find a garden, a covered terrace, a pool and a barbecue.
Your spacious, covered terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs, invites you to enjoy family meals together while you overlook the mountains.
In a 12-minute drive (11 km) you will reach the centre of Tetir, which offers restaurants, bars, cafes and the nearest supermarket.
The beautiful Playa Las Lajas beach is a 23-minute drive from the property (23 km) and Puerto del Rosario, the capital of Fuerteventura, is 20 minutes away by car (20 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. There are cats around the property.

Die Lage so abseits und doch zentral genug für Fahrten nach Norden und Süden der Insel. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Und die bezaubernden 4-5 Katzen die zum Haus dazu gehören, sind ein Zeichen der Tierliebe von Carlos und seiner Familie. Wir haben hier alles sprichwörtlich sehr geliebt.

Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in den Norden.
Leider war der Außenbereich etwas unordentlich. Es stand viel Zeug rum, der Pool war sauber aber etwas wackelig.
Insgesamt fehlt etwas Instandhaltung und Liebe.
Ich habe eine Katzenallergie da helfen die 5 Katzen die sehr anhänglich sind nicht weiter zum Wohlbefinden.
