In the village of St. Jakob - Ahrntal, this rustic holiday home is part of a health farm which combines traditional and modern elements and is located 1200 m above sea level.
The apartment has a living room with a single bed and a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (each with a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed for 2 persons), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 persons.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. The property also features a balcony and a shared covered terrace. Start your day with a cup of coffee and enjoy the view of the farm and the landscape.A playground is located on the property.
The nearest restaurant is within a 24-minute walk or a 3-minute drive (1.7 km) and the nearest bar is within a 13-minute drive (9.0 km). You can do your groceries in the supermarket within a 18-minute walk or a 3-minute drive (1.2 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Every year the farm animals are brought to the farm's own Hollenzalm for 4 months, where they are fed with the grass of the mountain meadows. A tourist tax applies for both children and adults.

L’appartamento molto bello con tutti i comfort. Il padrone di casa anche se nn presente fisicamente, era immediatamente reperibile telefonicamente ad ogni eventuale richiesta.

We hosted a family get together over the weekend with 20 people. It was amazing...everyone had their own bed (no sleeping on floors or air mattresses) and there was room enough for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The bedrooms and bathrooms are impeccable.
