The quietly located villa in the village of Cala Pi is perfect for a relaxing holiday and is particularly suitable for families, as it is well secured for children.

The modernly furnished holiday home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dish washer, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each), 3 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.

The outdoor area, in which you can enjoy the Spanish sun, includes a balcony, 2 furnished terraces (open and covered), a pool and an outdoor shower.

You can prepare delicious meals on the barbecue that belongs to the outdoor area and enjoy them together.

Walks on the cliffs can be started directly from the villa. Parking spaces are available on the property. Using the heating will be charged at €20 per night. The hosting of parties and events is not allowed. The villa is aimed at families and quiet groups. Groups of guests under 30 are not allowed. The official check-in time is at 5 pm and the check-out time is at 11 am.

If you arrive after 9:00 pm you will be charged €40 and after midnight €50.
